Care + Maintenance

Routine Cleaning

  • Wipe wood surfaces with a damp cloth (no harsh chemicals).
  • Use a mild, non-abrasive cleaner for glass doors and windows.
  • Avoid varnishes or sealants on interior wood — it must remain breathable.

Wood Preservation

  • Wood will naturally develop character over time.
  • For cedar or hemlock: lightly sand any scuffs or discoloration as needed.
  • For outdoor models: apply a UV-protective wood oil to the exterior only (never interior).

After Each Session

  • Leave the door open for 15–20 minutes to allow fresh air flow.
  • Use the adjustable vents to release excess heat and moisture.
  • If your sauna includes a floor grate, lift it occasionally to clean underneath.

Heater Care (Traditional Models)

  • Use only approved sauna stones.
  • Replace stones every 1–2 years or when cracked.
  • Never pour excessive water on stones — a light ladle is enough.

  • Do not use abrasives, water sprays, or chemical cleaners directly on panels.

Shipping + Returns

We work hard to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment, but once your sauna has been shipped or delivered, it cannot be returned.

Because saunas are large, heavy, and custom-packed freight items, we do not accept returns after delivery. If your order arrives damaged or with any issues, we will promptly send replacement parts to make things right.
